The Camping de Chanteloup is one of the oldest members of the prestigious Les Castels chain. At Chanteloup you will have the feeling of being closer to nature. Space, privacy, silence … 90 pitches are spread over the 22 hectares from which a large part is a well-maintained forest. Chanteloup is in France one of the last 5 stars campsite having neither Chalets nor Mobile homes. Since its creation, Chanteloup has stayed authentic and has emphasized the quality of life.
Our pitches, delimited in the wood by trees and free from delimitations on the meadows are all largely dimensioned. One of the specificity of Chanteloup is setting up your tent, caravan or motorhome around the large fields. This tradition well known by our regular guests gives you more space and a nicer opened view on the castle and/or the surrouding. From many locations on the site, you will get a nice view on the castle, where you you’ll be welcomed as special guests at you arrival.
For your own confort, pitches have easy access to electricity and drinking water. Each family has the opportunity to park his vehicle on the pitch itself. The use of gas or charcoal grills is allowed. Toilet facilities are accessible 24/24h. Sanitary facilities for disabled persons are also provided.
The Premium service offers unlimited wifi, electricity, wood garden furniture, parasol, barbecue, fridge, and two chairs. You arrive at Chanteloup, and everything is ready to welcome you!!
You can walk or bike on the paths around the castel or in the forest where the best of you will discover the “marabout” and the picturesque “garden shed”. A sports ground is at your disposal in one of the field where you will play as much as you want to soccer, volleyball and basket.
You will spend quality time relaxing around the heated pool encompassing a children’s pool. Sun loungers are at your disposal, as well as games for children.
You can also go canoe on the pond and fish as much as you like. There is plenty of fishes but be careful not to disturb the wild ducks on the small island!
